AL, THE OWNER/CHEF
AL started cooking in his late teens serving his apprenticeship in a few of Sydneys premium restaurants, then moving along to work in his family’s restaurant for 20 years before manufacturing smoked small goods as well as working in the wholesale meat industry. Bringing his experiences together create Smokin’ Al’s BBQ. He has adopted a traditional approach to his cooking with a personal twist using unique flavours and ingredients in his cooking.
